1. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days, depending on location.
COD orders: Require verification, so they may take 1-2 days extra for dispatch.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, COD orders require WhatsApp or call verification before dispatch. If the verification is not completed, the order will be canceled.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

4. What is your return policy?

Return Window: 5 days from the delivery date.
Unboxing Video Required: You must provide an unboxing video as proof for returns.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-15 working days after the return is received and checked.

5. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. You need to:
✔ Provide an unboxing video for approval.
✔ Pay a ₹150 exchange shipping fee.

6. How can I cancel my order?

✅ You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch.
❌ Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
⚠ Frequent cancellations may result in account suspension.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
Online Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD).

8. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, you must:
Provide an unboxing video as proof.
Email us at support@vivfashions.com with your order details.
✔ We will process a replacement or refund after verification.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
